Job Description
Disney Streaming Services (DSS) is seeking an Associate who will support the upcoming Star+ launch and the continued success of Disney+. This individual will join our New York City Performance Marketing Operations team and collaborate closely with Analytics, Finance, and Planning teams to deliver critical analysis, strategic support, and reporting of media plans and budgets across domestic and international territories.
We are looking for a detail-oriented candidate with a strong analytical and reporting background, preferably with some experience in direct-to-consumer digital marketing. The individual should have a strong interest in financial modeling, valuation, and statistics.

• Perform bottoms up weekly budget aggregation, taking inputs from the central media channel teams and the regional marketing teams, to provide critical budget versus actual visibility for our Performance Marketing leadership.
• Track, monitor, and report on marketing KPIs across multiple channels and markets (conversion rates, CPA, retention, LTV, etc.).
• Assist with proforma impact of marketing strategies including offer testing, acquisition mix changes, and other high impact initiatives that affect customer base growth.
• Assist with ad-hoc analysis of customer centricity (identify customer characteristics and marketing platforms resulting in higher retention and up-sell opportunities).
• Assist with developing impactful, compelling presentation materials (decks, notes, write-ups, etc.) that effectively communicate financial projections, drivers, marketing performance, risks, and opportunities to leadership.

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Marketing.
• 2+ years of consulting, investment banking, or marketing investment strategy experience.
• Excellent financial modeling skills with a special talent for identifying and correcting data issues.
• Strong attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy, consistency, and quality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to maintain both a rigorous attention to detail and a big-picture, strategic mindset.
• Deliverable-focused, strong work ethic and organizational skills, able to prioritize, and resolve an array of issues simultaneously.
• Ability to thrive and take initiative in a fast-paced and dynamic working environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Completion of fundamental training in Excel and VBA best practices.
• Experience with cohort analysis of contractual cash flows (subscription-based businesses, loan portfolios etc.).
• Experience working with digital marketing organizations.
