Advanced Analytics Specialist

Responsibilities

Looking for a strong analyst to be part of the organization's efforts to understand and advance our knowledge of customer behavior.
You will be part of a team that uses advanced analytical techniques to develop strategies and recommendations to drive operational change and improve customer experience.

Analyze customer data to answer business questions and create data driven stories that reveal key insights into customer behavior using visualization tools such as Tableau

Use statistical skills to create targets, segment customers, measure program effectiveness and perform other analyses such as predictive modeling.

Work collaboratively with internal partners to develop and deliver insights via dashboards that enhance and guide effective decision making.

Extract and link data from various company systems as needed, manipulate and clean the results, build predictive models, machine learning algorithms, the output of which will advise the business to follow a certain course of action.

Work with the IT team and outside technology vendors when needed to enhance the data foundation.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics, economics, engineering
2+ years of experience in analyzing customer level data
Strong communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to communicate to all levels of business, prioritize and manage assignment to meet deadlines and establish strong relationships

Technical skills:
Expert level skills in SQL, Statistical tools like SAS or R, Python or other open source technologies
2+ years of experience with machine learning
Statistical knowledge: experimental test design(A/B testing), clustering, regression etc.
3+ years of experience building effective dashboards using Tableau
* Must be fluent in English, Written and Verbal, Spanish a plus
