Overview

We are looking for a Resource Manager (m/f/d)

Responsibilities
• Organisational talent to work closely with the local Eurosport Germany Production, the local Media Operations Team and various other stakeholders in the organization
• Booking of required technical resources for production control (PCR) sound control (SCR) rooms for studio and remote productions, for the playout, the post-production and ingest/outgest for live/non live sport events and studio productions
• Planning of permanent- and freelance staff for live sport events and studio productions
• General organisational preparation, studio- and production coordination, creation of call sheets
• Management of purchase orders, invoicing, cost calculation for external freelancers and vendors

Qualifications
• BA/BSc (Broadcast Production or Media Technology) or similar professional qualification in the field of broadcast operations of live sports events with minimum 3+ years working experience
• Previous experience as production coordinator or broadcast bookings for a production facility and operational staff
• Solid understanding of the processes and workflows of live-/non live productions for sport events, feed bookings, studio- and post-production
• Profound knowledge of all MS office, Word, Excel, Google Sheets, the familiarity of scheduling systems such as XYtech MediaPulse or ScheduAll
• Strong interpersonal and organisational skills, ability to communicate clearly and to effectively prioritise and able to work independently
• Excellent spoken and written communications skills in German and English is a must
