Overview

Responsibilities
• Manages all significant, strategic and complex cross-functional projects and co-ordinates the project team, including any external parties involved
• Coordinates and closely monitors the development of new projects as well as the related project tasks, namely, work out project details, coordinate projects, the approved budget and legal norms for each case
• Prepares the project's overall budget while still in viability- assessment phase, estimating the necessary investment totals and providing the elements of decision making support
• Prepares and develops monthly estimate cost projection in order to guarantee the means and amounts of financing needed to carry out the job in a timely manner
• Creates structured schedules and project plans based on the project goals, resources needed, potential risks, time to market and budget constrains
• Monitors progress, records issues and escalates when necessary, prepares recommendations and ensures project reports are completed by the due date to meet reporting requirements

Qualifications
• Degree in Business Studies, Finance or related field
• Project Management Certification will be considered an asset
• Working experience in relevant roles for a period of minimum 4 years
• Highly developed communication skills in English
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
• Planning, organisational and time management sk ills
• Multi-tasking, stress tenacity and meeting deadlines
