Job Description
We are immediately looking for a parental leave cover (fixed term employment) for a Legal Counsel
Responsibilities
- Drafting, editing and negotiating contracts, in particular with reference to licensing law or media law, in German and English
- Advice on media law for the departments
- Advice on copyright law and general commercial law
- Management and coordination of internal contract processes
- Support of various internal projects
Requirements
- Sound legal knowledge with a focus on media law and knowledge of data protection law and IT law
- First professional experience
- Confident and convincing appearance
- Team-oriented, self-reliant and accurate way of working
- Flexibility, ability to work under pressure and service orientation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and international environment
- Very good command of written and spoken English
