- Development of show concepts and formats both in house and with external partners/producers
- Lead Producers in executing the shows
- Build out the unscripted/lifestyle slate for next year
- Develop strategy and work closely with Senior Content Leads and cross functional teams
- Work on budgets/projections
- Lifestyle bent of mind and interest
- Mix of Production & development experience
- Min 8-10 years in english+hindi
- Should be able to work with data, insights, research.
