Responsibilities
Drive insight into content value across our markets:
• Identify and analyze content investment dynamics and trends, building views on what drives value across platforms and markets
• Prepare insights for senior management and content stakeholders
• Own key reports and analyses
• Support regular reporting cycle as well as ad hoc strategic projects and presentations
Drive continuous improvement in content investment process:
• Work across multiple systems and data tools in our combined business
• Build regular cycle of analytics and reporting, raising bar on day to day information availability
• Automate manual activities to be more efficient e.g. actuals tracking
• Provide ad hoc support around strategic questions, projects and presentations to senior leadership
Strategic involvement in content greenlight process:
• Support content greenlight process, in terms of tangential analysis and/ or tools to support process optimization and flow
• Build ROI and content monetization analyses
• Work with greenlight team on cross market business cases
• Support tracking tools for title by title performance analysis
Qualifications
• 2+ years of working experience preferably with experience in FP&A department
• Fluent in English is a must
• Solid understanding of forecasting and budgeting process
• General accounting knowledge
• Strong MS Excel & PowerPoint skills
• Excellent analytical skills
• Strong EPM skills desired
• Understanding of organizational structure desired
