Job Description

Your New Role…

The Sr. Administrator, Publishing Operations creates and distributes reports and ad hoc information to various departments within DC Entertainment as well as to external stakeholders as required. This position also creates, updates, and distributes all manufacturing orders for DCE's books, periodicals, and other revenue streams.

Your Role Accountabilities…
• Works with the Director of Publishing Operations to prepare, update, and distribute all related manufacturing orders (print runs.) This includes working with external partners (i.e. printers, distributors) to coordinate creator/comp copies and purchase orders.
• Oversees the inflow of sales data from our distribution partners and other sources required to improve the quality and timeliness of reporting and analysis.
• Develop, prepare, and distribute scheduled and ad hoc sales reports, including but not limited to subscription and production schedules, final bind and FOC schedules, ensuring completeness and accuracy of information therein.
• Create weekly inventory reports for the Director of Publishing Operations to review and share with internal stakeholders.
• Handle the internal purchase order (IPO) management process (transfers, accommodations, internal and external), including creation, distribution, customer service, order status, tracking, and billing.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience…
• At least four years of experience in operations and/or reporting required.
• Advance proficiency using Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and SharePoint required.
• Must have the ability to organize, handle large amounts of detailed work, and pay close attention to details.
• Must have the ability to work well under time constraints, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks and project elements simultaneously.
• Must have the ability to communicate effectively and tactfully (both verbally and in writing) with individuals at all levels of the organization.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is strongly preferred.
• Prior work experience with data management strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of the publishing industry preferred.

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. $45,500.00 - $84,500.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros.
