Position Title: Senior System Administrator
Reports To: Senior IT Manager
Location: Pune

Company 3/Method Inc is seeking a Senior Systems Administrator-WFO to help build, maintain and troubleshoot, rapidly expanding infrastructure.

Roles & Responsibilities
• Min 5 years of Senior System Administrator
• Manages and monitors installed systems & infrastructure for the organization in line with company guidelines, policies & set SOP (standard operating procedure).
• Hands on experience of managing 400+ workstation is plus.
• Troubleshooting (within office & remote) & Maintenance
• Installs, configures and tests operating systems, application software and system management tools.
• Ensures flawless systems and infrastructure availability.
• Network & Remote License Management.
• Plans and implements system automation, Virtualization & updates.
• Ensures System Security, Patch Management, risk mitigation against probable threats.
• Deals with work process, optimization methods and risk management tools
• Storage/ Data Center Management, Library and tap management Documentation.
• Antivirus installation and management
• Team player, ability to handle multiple tasks with efficiency, Excellent interpersonal skills & conflict management.
• Beginner to intermediate level with automated rendering systems Qube, Deadline, Rush, Muster, Smedge, etc.

Qualifications
• Bachelor of Engineering/Science in Business Administration, Computer Information Systems, or related field.
• VMware Certification
• Microsoft Certified System Engineer (MSCE/MCSA), MCP
