Manager QA Engineering (CNN+)

The Job

We are seeking an experienced QA Manager to help our Testing Center of Excellence establish quality regulations for products and employees for the consumer digital products across WarnerMedia. Working with numerous disciplines throughout the Testing Center of Excellence organization, the QA Manager must develop plans to recruit, motivate, encourage, and lead employees while striving to improve processes and product quality.

The Daily
• Analyze existing portfolio and identify areas of growth
• Assist in the recruiting process
• Train, motivate, coach, and guide employees
• Establish guidelines for engagement with contractors
• Work with senior leadership to align strategic goals to the teams' efforts

The Essentials
• 3-5 years related experience required
• Bachelor's Degree or comparable education required
• Familiarity with software delivery processes
• General computing knowledge
• Experience with using programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, or another major language)
• Experience with using UI automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium)
• Experience with using API testing tools (e.g., Postman)
• Experience with building or contributing to automated testing frameworks
• Experience with various SDLC methodologies (agile, scrum, waterfall, Kanban)
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to create and manage processes for testing engagements needed by our partners
