The Job

Turner Services Inc. seeks an Assistant Art Director for the CNN Design department.

The Daily

This position will assist in providing art direction to the design team and is expected to help foster and support a collaborative, innovative culture.
• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously from planning to launch
• Apply experience and expertise by leading design initiatives and network formats
• Define priorities and manage resources as appropriate across projects
• Communicate with all levels of management and across multi-disciplinary teams throughout all phases of projects
• Manage and mentor designers.

The Essentials
• Must be a Designer and possess strong conceptual skills.
• Must have extensive production and design experience in the following disciplines: Video, Scenic, Music/Audio production.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to schedule and prioritize production of on-line and post production projects.
• Must possess the ability to identify and nurture talent.
• Must be versed in current design trends and techniques.
• Leadership ability.
