Job Description
Digital Marketing Specialist, CNBC (PEP), Onsite
PLEASE NOTE: This is a short term position with an estimated duration of 6 Months, unless otherwise amended or terminated as deliverables within this project are completed.
The individual in this position will support onsite marketing and audience development initiatives for the CNBC Direct-to-Consumer business. The person in this role will collaborate with editorial, product and tech teams across the brands to ensure best marketing practices for onsite marketing
Essential Responsibilities:
• Drive, develop and enhance our onsite marketing strategy that support the CNBC Direct-to-Consumer business.
• Working with CNBC Direct-to-Consumer Marketing teams, assist in the creation of custom digital marketing solution presentations for CNBC DTC Marketing
• Work with Marketing Manager to develop and maintain customized digital marketing collateral for CNBC Direct-to-Consumer Marketing digital content verticals and distribution platforms, initiatives, and new sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with CNBC Pro and Investing Club Editorial team to productize content opportunities for CNBC Direct-to-Consumer digital properties.
• Serve as main point of contact for CNBC Direct-to-Consumer digital campaign-related issues, introducing phases of project execution, next steps and timelines.
• Partner with cross-functional teams on concept development and campaign execution
• Assist team in identifying new and innovative ways to leverage promotional marketing campaigns to drive results; partner with relevant parties (management, legal, sales, client) in managing promotional offers administration and fulfillment.
• Coordinate digital campaign components across multiple territories, from in- production content, campaign strategy, and main campaign asset sharing.
• Identify and help execute global platform opportunities for select campaigns.

Qualifications
Qualifications/Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree or higher
• 5 or more year(s) of proven digital marketing experience
• Proven experience implementing major improvements in onsite digital marketing
• Extensive knowledge of marketing lifecycle campaigns
• Proven ability developing and executing strategy and action plans for audience growth
• Proven track record functioning on cross-functional teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with special attention to grammar and contextual accuracy
• Excellent proficiency with onsite marketing tools (Zephr, Bloomreach, Lytics, Salesforce Marketing, etc.)
• Excellent analytical skills and proven ability to track success via analytics data and quantitative metrics
• Ability to think strategically and develop creative solutions to research challenges
