Job Description

Responsibilities
CNBC is looking for an Associate Producer to join our Events Team. We are seeking someone who is an agile, multi-tasking team player who can communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to help facilitate the seamless execution of editorial sessions for CNBC Events.

What You'll do:
• Work directly with the CNBC Event Editorial team to coordinate speaker sessions with the production team, schedule prep calls and technical rehearsals
• Compile research notes for the moderators for the events
• Set the agenda and book speakers for specific sessions and events.

Qualifications/Requirements
What You'll Bring:
• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum 3 years of experience
• Must be willing to work in Englewood Cliff, NJ
• Willingness to travel and work overtime
• Must be willing to be submit a background investigation
• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
• Must be 18 years or older
