POSITION SUMMARY:
Rock Entertainment Group is seeking a talented and creative 'Graphic Designer' to join our corporate marketing team and create high-quality graphics supporting the Cleveland Cavaliers (NBA), Cleveland Charge (NBA G-League), Cleveland Monsters (AHL), and Rocket Arena; as well as supporting the digital marketing needs of our internal team members on a daily basis.This role is ideal for a design professional with 1+ year(s) of experience who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about sports branding, marketing, and fan engagement.
NOTE:
• This is an ONSITE position requiring working in person a minimum of 4 days per week. Candidates seeking remote opportunities will not be considered.
• Local candidates preferred.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Design and produce high-quality graphics for digital, print, and social media platforms, ensuring alignment with our organization's brand identity.
• Collaborate with marketing, communications, digital, and other various internal teams to develop visual assets for campaigns, events, and promotions.
• Create compelling visuals for ticket sales, sponsorships, community initiatives, and in-arena experiences.
• Maintain consistency in brand messaging across all materials, adhering to established style guides.
• Assist in the development of presentations, infographics, and other corporate collateral.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and adapting to shifting priorities in a fast-pace environment.
• Stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices relevant to the sports and entertainment industry.
• Additional duties as assigned by the Art Director.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• 1+ year(s) of professional graphic design experience, preferably in a corporate, sports, or entertainment setting.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom, Acrobat Pro).
• Must provide strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design skills and creative problem-solving (link on resume and/or on application).
• Must have the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• Possess knowledge of concepts, techniques and design for digital and social mediums.
• Knowledge of user experience and interaction (web, app, email, etc.) design.
• A strong familiarity with current trends, color and design techniques.
• A strong interest in design for marketing and advertising within a sports environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines at once in a fast-pace environment.
• Highly organized, proactive, and collaborative team player.
