J ob Title: Junior Graphic Designer
Job Summary
The Junior Graphic Designer will support the creation of visual assets for our OTT networks and FAST channels. This role focuses on adapting and producing artwork based on provided templates, preparing assets to meet technical specifications, and ensuring consistent, high-quality design output. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, efficient in handling high volumes of work, and eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced entertainment environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Use Adobe Photoshop extensively to remove sections from images, create new layers, and retouch visuals seamlessly (e.g., logo removals, background clean-up).
• Break apart and recreate key art from provided assets, including logos, hero images, and backgrounds.
• Manage high-volume, production-oriented editing tasks daily, following established SOPs and prioritization guidelines.
• Collaborate with internal teams on graphic design needs, supporting the creation and delivery of all graphic-related assets.
• Ensure all deliverables are completed on time, to spec, and aligned with brand standards.
• Support the tracking and approval process for art development, helping to manage internal workflows.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Adobe Photoshop expertise: advanced skills with masks, layers, and adjustment layers.
• Adobe Illustrator proficiency: ability to create and edit vector logos.
• Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat and InDesign is a plus.
• Strong visual design sense with an understanding of marketing and user engagement principles.
• Awareness of current design trends and digital marketing best practices, particularly in the streaming and entertainment space.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to collaborate effectively with global teams.
• Highly organized, able to manage multiple deadlines, and attentive to detail in all deliverables.
• Portfolio submission required demonstrating strong Photoshop and Illustrator work.
Preferred Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience in a graphic design role, preferably in entertainment content, media, or marketing for online/connected TV platforms.
• Ability to think strategically and creatively while working within established brand guidelines.
• Self-starter with motivation to deliver excellent design at scale.
Education
• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Fine Arts, or a related field. Equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
