Job Title: Graphic Designer

Job Summary/Objective

Graphic Designer will create and ensure delivery of art assets to internal systems and partners to support our content lifecycle partnerships. This position includes creating physical media items, key art and layout for multi-film collections and other special use cases.

Essential Functions
• Use extensive Photoshop knowledge to remove sections from images, create new layers and properly fix the image with the removed sections. Example – Logos.
• Handle volume-oriented keystone editing daily following set SOP's and prioritization.
• Collaborate on all graphic design needs, including creating and overseeing completion of all graphic-related art needs, including (but not limited to) designing app-related assets, marketing-related assets, social media-related assets, mockups, sales deck collateral materials as well as new brand logos, brand identities, on-air graphics, and other channel branding
• Ensure key art deliverables deadlines and product milestones are set and met by all parties; coordinate art development approvals and help manage internal graphic design workflow

Essential Qualifications/Competencies
• Photoshop Experience: must have a strong working knowledge of Photoshop, with emphasis using masks, layers, and adjustment layers.
• Illustrator Experience: good working knowledge of Illustrator is a plus.
• After Effects Experience: good working knowledge of After Effects is a plus.
• Trend Analysis and Marketing Acumen:
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, digital marketing practices, and technological advancements in the digital and streaming space.
• Apply marketing principles to design work, understanding the target audience and the objectives of each campaign.
• Create designs that drive user engagement, retention, and conversion.
• Experience designing for web and mobile applications preferred
• Must have excellent technical skills and a portfolio and/or reel that demonstrates proven expertise with Adobe Photoshop, other areas of strength including Adobe Premier; Adobe After Effects, and Adobe Illustrator are favorable.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills, and an ability to flourish in a highly collaborative team environment
• Must be able to design, execute, think strategically and creatively while meeting objectives and deadlines
• Self-starter that is highly-motivated to make great products
• 2+ years work experience in a graphic design role focusing on entertainment content and/or marketing for online, mobile and/or connected TV platforms preferred

Education Qualification
• Any Bachelor Degree or equivalent or higher degree.
