Job Description

We are seeking a DVD Creative Design Consultant who is both innovative and diligent, capable of producing eye-catching DVD covers, menus, and packaging that not only attract consumers but also adhere to our brand standards.

Responsibilities:
• Design engaging DVD covers, menus, and packaging that stand out in the market while complying with our brand guidelines.
• Work collaboratively with marketing and brand teams to ensure that designs align with our brand identity and marketing objectives.
• Liaise with content providers and stakeholders to ensure design elements accurately represent the material and maintain brand integrity.
• Manage multiple design projects from concept through completion, ensuring high standards of creativity and quality.
• Develop and present initial drafts, receive feedback from internal teams and stakeholders, and refine designs accordingly.
• Prepare final design artworks, ensuring they are visually appealing, on-brand, and production-ready.
• Deliver final graphics to internal teams and external partners, ensuring all materials meet the required specifications and deadlines.
• Maintain an archive of images, photos, and previous work products for reference and reuse.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to ensure our designs remain cutting-edge yet brand-compliant.
• Download Assets sent from Licensor into File System
• Prioritize creative assets by key delivery dates for digital and physical artwork due to internal and external partners
• Work with the Brand Director / Brand Consultant
• Review Creative Work Order for title release
• Prepare Creative Elements for Each title release, which includes:
• Digital Artwork for Digital Keystones
• Key Art for DVDs
• DVD Wrap / Insert / Menu / Disc Art
• Deliver approved files to the Printer and any external partners.

Essential Qualifications:
• Expert level with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with creating DVD packaging, as well as digital artwork and keystones.
• Experience using Box or similar cloud storage systems.
