NOTE: Cineverse is currently a 100% work-from-home company. While we may return to an office environment in the future, we do not have plans to return to an office setting at this time. When we return to an office environment, the incumbent may be required to work from the office on a part or full-time basis, as needed. The Brand Manager at Cineverse is a member of our Marketing Department and will be the pivotal link between the company and its licensing partners, responsible for managing and nurturing these crucial relationships. This role demands a strategic and creative thinker who can drive brand consistency and execute effective marketing strategies to enhance revenue and brand visibility across all platforms. The successful candidate will excel in managing multiple projects simultaneously and partner closely with the sales team to maximize market presence and revenue. A strong financial acumen, deep understanding of consumer needs and trends, and the ability to innovate within the dynamic landscape of home entertainment are essential.

Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the primary liaison between Cineverse and studios, licensing partners, and internal departments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with multiple licensors, ensuring smooth collaboration and compliance with licensing agreements.
• Coordinate cross-departmental requests, including those from sales, accounting/finance, and legal teams.
• Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies for home entertainment products, ensuring alignment with overall studio goals and objectives.
• Oversee the entire lifecycle of home entertainment products, from initial concept through market release and beyond, ensuring continuous engagement and relevance.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats.
• Drive the creative direction for packaging, marketing materials, and promotional campaigns to ensure a cohesive and compelling brand image.
• Provide creative guidance on artwork to align with marketing and positioning strategies.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance of home entertainment products.
• Develop and manage budgets, timelines, and resources for brand initiatives.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of branding efforts.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop and execute strategies that drive revenue growth and market share.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance consumer engagement and satisfaction.
• Work directly with the digital sales team to coordinate digital promotions and pricing strategies.

Essential Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in brand management or consumer packaaged goods (CPG), preferably within the home entertainment or media industry.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of both consumer packaged goods and digital media landscapes.
• Excellent creative, strategic, and analytical skills.
• Financial acumen with experience managing budgets and forecasts.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to manage difficult conversations effectively.
• Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and project management.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
