Job Description
The Ad Ops Manager manages the day-to-day activities for the team and works across multiple systems both internally and externally to track, analyze, and optimize for campaign delivery and performance. This position will be the lead for campaign trafficking, optimization, and post-campaign reporting. This position will assist the Ad Ops team with QA, testing, and collecting feedback to help shape and build the right offerings for our business and clients to maximize revenue opportunities with our Ad Tech partners.

Key Duties:
• Responsible for development, completion, and processing proposals/specs
• Work with internal teams and partners to get campaign requirements.
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal teams and external partners.
• Provide support on all aspects of the ad operations process from campaign planning, execution, to reporting and measurement.
• Educate internal and external partners on platforms, products, and best practices.
• Ensure timely, accurate, and successful delivery of campaigns.
• Troubleshoot any issues with clients and proactively seek to prevent delivery and performance concerns.
• Measure campaign progress daily and proactively address issues and develop solutions as needed.
• Analyze campaigns and effectively communicate to the client recommendations for optimization to maximize account growth and retention.
• Represent the voice of our clients and work with internal teams to ensure that all contractual obligations, as well as client objectives, are being met.
• Serve as point of contact for the Ad Operations team.
• Provide weekly and/or monthly recaps for internal teams, reviewing campaigns and outlining areas for potential revenue growth and/or areas for improvement.

Essential Qualifications:
• 3-4+ years of digital media, advertising technology, marketing, Internet, and/or technology preferred.
• Familiar with paid media campaigns
• Hands-on experience with third-party ad serving and/or order management systems preferred.
• Demonstrated success at working with cross-functional teams and building strong relationships internally and externally.
• Proven track record of client customer success.
• Able to analyze campaign performance statistics and recommend optimized media solutions.
• Ability to multi-task across multiple projects and stakeholders.
• Excellent time management and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile growth environment where you will get your hands into the details.
• Well-developed Microsoft Office product suite skills and advanced Excel and analytical skills required.
