Job Title: Game Presentation & Productions Coordinator

Department: Reds Productions

Reports to: Director, Game Presentation

FLSA: Salary, Non-Exempt

Game Presentation & Production Coordinator is responsible for content originating from the Scoreboard Control Room and the Productions Department. This includes the artistic creation and development of videos and/or graphics for all ballpark displays. They are responsible for overseeing and maintaining assets needed for game presentation.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Produce videos for ball park displays such as Promotional Inning Break features, Hype Videos, Community stories and more.
• Design and create graphics for ball park displays.
• Assist in conceptualizing in-game features for Game Presentation
• Maintain and oversee the creation of corporate partnerships LED's
• Log game highlights and maintain organization of clips throughout the season.
• Assist in the loading and maintaining of Ross XPression & Video Assets
• Assist the Director, Game Presentation with overseeing/leading game day meetings to ensure all crew members are prepared on a game day.
• Assist with the creation of Game Day Production Capsules
• Produce, Direct and/or TD on gamedays.
• Assist with content development for web and social media as needed
• Assist with the production setup for non-game day events both at and away from the ballpark
• Assist with the organization and deployment of the Reds Productions Spring Training shoot
• Serve as a contributing member of the Reds content supply chain

Experience, Education and Licensure
• Advanced degree in Radio Television or Electronic Media Broadcasting required.
• Two to five years of experience in video editing, graphic production and/or live video production required.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Creative individual who can work in a collaborative team environment
• Demonstrates proficiency in knowledge of control room equipment
• Has experience working in live sporting/event presentation
• Knowledge of control room positions and how to operate (i.e. Direct, TD, Replay, Audio, Playback, Camera Operator, etc.).
• General understanding of a professional work environment.
• Knowledge and experience in all Adobe software, primarily Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Media Encoder.
• Familiar with Ross XPression & Ross Acuity Switcher
• Must be able to work well with others and solve problems within a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Written and verbal communication skills are valued in this position

Work Environment:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee must be willing to work evenings and weekends and may be exposed to weather conditions prevalent at the time.
