Job Purpose:

The Business Application Developer will be responsible for developing, maintaining, testing, and implementing web based, desktop and/or mobile business applications to support the whole organization with a focus in Dynamics CRM development. This role reviews, analyzes and develops information systems including planning, design, develop, testing, debugging and installation to support the applications and systems of the organization. This includes managing any technical issues CRM may have, assisting in site development, streamlining processes, and managing reports.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Manage and support MS Dynamics CRM for all departments that utilize CRM
• Ensure CRM is integrated properly into the accounting system
• Create new reports based on multiple data sources, including sales projection reports
• Create new/maintain existing workflows using Power Automate within CRM and other parts of the business
• Design, develop, test, implement and maintain software solutions while making use of industry best practices and recommended coding standards to write clear, readable, and efficient code
• Create specifications through gathering and documentation of user requirements as needed.
• Develop/maintain apps within the Power Platform
• Maintain current Power BI reports for sales, fulfillment and accounting while working with Analytics to develop new and useful reports using CRM data
• Collaborate with other developers on technologies, techniques, and processes that can be helpful to the group

Requirement:
• BS degree or equivalent experience in a computational science or technical field
• 3-5 five years experience developing applications utilizing the Microsoft technology stack

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Extensive Dynamics CRM knowledge/experience
• Power Platform development experience
• Power Automate specifically development experience
• Experience using web technologies particularly HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
• Able to communicate effectively with employees at all levels in the organization
• Proficient in SQL
