Overview and Responsibilities:

The Marketing, Data & Operations organization is responsible for the Consumer & Growth Marketing, Data & Insights and Business Operations for Pluto TV & Paramount+!

The Central Project Management Office (PMO) is a team that serves as the through-line supporting the organization's diverse functions and touch points into Paramount+ and Pluto TV. We are at the cross-section of several functions including Consumer & Creative Marketing, Marketing Production, Content Strategy, Data & Insights group, Content, Business and Ad Operations, Podcasts, Marketing Acquisitions & Campaign Services, Audience Strategy & Search and more.

We are seeking an experienced creative and marketing operations leader/executive with a deep understanding of digital marketing, creative production and operations, and has a proven history of managing a high volume of large scale marketing campaigns (including A/V, print & display) to oversee a team of campaign project managers. This role will also drive processes, analyze and solve complex problems, and lead a team in a fast-paced, dynamic atmosphere. The Vice President will collaborate closely with Consumer and Creative Marketing leads, Content Strategists and across multiple departments such as Data & Insights Group, Marketing Acquisition & Campaign Services, Publicity, Programming, Product & Content Operations, managing the launch of campaigns that drive awareness and enhance value for our slate of programming on Paramount+.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Communicate and collaborate day-to-day with leadership across departments and brand partners on launching large scale, cross-platform marketing campaigns
• Oversee a growing funnel of highly visible campaigns and projects from inception to launch, including reporting, liaising and leading agency engagements, resource allocation, scheduling, risk management, and rollout
• Deliver against agreed upon campaign requirements performance that includes campaign goals and targets
• Determine and implement project management practices such as resolving complex, interdependent activities into tasks and sub-tasks that are documented, monitored and controlled
• Scale and drive the internal development and growth of the team
• Conduct performance reviews and set team goals
• Build and maintain relationships with marketing and creative collaborators and brand partners
• Prioritize marketing campaigns and projects and allocate resources accordingly
• Prepare reports and presentations on metrics for leadership across marketing campaigns to measure success, effectiveness, operational lift, resource allocation and throughput in a timely manner
• Forecast hiring needs for the Campaign Project Management organization

Basic Qualifications:
• BA/BS in Business, Marketing, Production or related field
• 10+ years experience in project management, 5+ years specific to marketing campaigns and creative asset production
• 10+ years experience in digital marketing, production, post-production and creative operations
• 7+ years experience with general people management responsibilities in the digital marketing and/or production space in a fast-paced, rapid growth environment
• Knowledge of standing up processes with task and workflow management tools such as Asana, Jira, CODA, Monday.com or similar
• Familiarity with digital asset management systems, Airtable, Google Suite, Frame.IO

Additional Qualifications:
• MBA or Master's Degree a plus
• PMP certification a plus
• Certified Scrum Master certification a plus
• Strong understanding of matrixed media organizations and the related marketing initiatives including product and retention marketing
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex creative concepts into specifications leading to tangible deliverables
• Proficient knowledge of the creative production with the ability to prioritize requests and balance multiple creative projects and timelines simultaneously through all steps in the creative life cycle
• Familiarity with partnering efficiently with collaborators to identify issues early and workable solutions
• Strong mentoring skills and a desire to teach!
