Overview:

Responsible for the operation and management of Station Information Systems. Maintain local compliance with Paramount Corporate IS&T policies. Manage one IT Specialist and provide IT oversight of Engineering staff. This position works closely with Engineering & Operations staff.

Responsibilities Include:
• Design, implement, and maintain the Station's information technology and communications systems.
• Provides budgetary planning support to the Director of Technology and to Corporate IS&T

Basic Qualifications:
• 5+ years of IS/IT Management experience with phenomenal critical thinking and phenomenal customer service skills.

Additional Qualifications:
• Skilled with Microsoft SCCM for patching.
• Understanding of TV Operations/Production
• Working knowledge of News, Operations, and Engineering is crucial.
• Solid written communication.
• Ability to work and thrive in a multifaceted fast-paced 24/7 broadcast environment!
• Demonstrable experience working with: Microsoft Enterprise Servers; Microsoft Windows Operating Systems; Mac OS-X; Linux OS; Microsoft O365; IOS and Android mobile OS; Microsoft Active Directory; Microsoft SCCM; Windows PowerShell; VoIP Server; Avid iNews; Grass Valley STRATUS; Cisco switch management and configuration; firewalls; VPNs; domain controllers; configure and manage SAN/NAS systems; Crowdstrike; and SNMP monitoring systems.
• The ability to learn quickly.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Hiring Salary Range: $110,000.00 - 130,000.00.

The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement. This position is bonus eligible.
