Graphic Artist (freelance)
DESCRIPTION:
CBS 2 / WLNY-TV in New York is looking for talented designers / animators with motion graphics expertise to create compelling designs for broadcast, digital and social platforms within the CBS Television Stations group.
Designer will collaborate with the Design Director, Producers, Editors and work alongside other Graphic Artists.
Candidate must thrive working as part of a creative team.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Required:
Successful candidates should have at least 2 years professional experience creating motion graphics for on-air broadcasts in a fast-breaking news environment.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop and Illustrator are a must).
Cinema 4D is a big plus.
Must be highly organized and have strong multi-tasking and communication skills.
Designer should have strong typography skills and a comprehensive reel/website demonstrating the above.
Interested individuals must be flexible with their time and be available to work late nights and weekends.
