CBS is looking for a Financial Analyst, Business Analytics, Planning & Strategy to join a compact and highly analytical team that provides critical financial, operational, and strategic support to senior management across the segment and at Paramount.

CBS, a subsidiary of Paramount, crafts and distributes industry-leading content across a variety of platforms to audiences around the world. • In partnership with the Senior Manager of Business Analytics, Planning & Strategy, design financial models and perform complex scenario analysis for strategic and operational projects across CBS
• Collaborate cross-departmentally across CBS on various projects, including strategy reviews, series greenlights, growth initiatives, long range plans, etc.
• Perform industry analysis and benchmarking for the many areas of the media landscape in which Paramount operates
• Prepare presentations and other materials for upper management

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree required
• 2+ years' experience in investment banking, consulting, corporate development/strategy, finance, or equivalent

Additional Qualifications:
• Degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field preferred
• Proactive self-starter and dynamic teammate, with the ability to learn quickly, be flexible, and assist with multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent understanding of corporate finance concepts and accounting principles
• Exemplary Excel and financial modeling skills; experience building financial analyses in a dynamic manner
• Attention to detail with strong problem solving and analytical thinking
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Interest in and passion for media and technology, with a broad understanding of evolving television landscape
• Challenges the status quo and brings up fresh and innovative ideas
• Actively considers others views and cultivates an inclusive team environment
