247Sports is a digital enterprise focused on delivering original college sports and recruiting news on a team-by-team basis to passionate sports fans across the world through a spectrum of platforms. 247Sports is part of CBS Sports Digital - a portfolio of premium digital sports media properties including CBSSports.com, MaxPreps and SportsLine -- is consistently ranked a top-three sports property, reaching more than 70M sports fans monthly across desktop, mobile, and connected TV devices.

We are looking for a new team-member who is passionate about college football, basketball and recruiting. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who works well in a team environment and has strong communication skills. In this role, you play a key part in the management of our network of team sites – providing support, leadership and guidance for our reporters and partner sites in the field.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Establish monthly and annual goals for individuals and team sites.
• Provide monthly reports to individuals and team sites on key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Work with individuals and team sites on key network initiatives throughout the year.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of team site content by analyzing metrics to quantify results and share with other sites.
• Onboard and train individuals and team sites on the various tools of the site to effectively do their day-to-day job.
• Work closely with the subscription, video, social, podcast, national and SEO teams to maximize audience through various distribution platforms.
• Work closely and communicate with the engineering team on product initiatives, site tools, improvements and bugs.
• Develop talent on team sites while also working on finding new talent for 247Sports and specific team sites.
• Assist with the process of contract renewals for individuals and team sites.
• Build and strengthen relationships and culture with individuals working on team sites remotely.

Basic Qualifications:
• Experience covering college football, basketball or recruiting
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
• Experience with social media platforms
• Experience with using and interpreting data analytics
• Experience publishing or writing on a college team site
• Experience working with a subscription-based product
