Brand Overview:
Our Content Acquisition, Partnerships & Operations team within the CBS Digital Media group is charged with global content operations, content distribution and monetization of premium ViacomCBS content across our direct-to-consumer subscription, CBS All Access (soon to be Paramount+), and across the spectrum of digital partnerships we lead worldwide. We are a diverse and agile group that works in a fast-paced digital environment, working cross-functionally and globally with the goal of continuing to launch/deliver premium entertainment across the ViacomCBS content portfolio to consumers.

Role Details:

The Sr. Partnership Operations Manager will play a key role as a foundational member of our growing business operations function and will work closely with our digital OTT partners. This person will be closely involved in daily operational tasks that drive efficiency, but will also troubleshoot issues with partners. This role will work closely with the Sr. Director, Partnerships & Operations and team to address priority strategic questions, while simultaneously working on projects sought to streamline operations and processes that help drive growth and revenue. The Sr. Partnership Operations Manager will lead and be involved with a varying range of projects while also handling relationships with cross-functional teams both externally and internally.

Your Day-to-Day:
• Support the video operations team with prioritization of the delivery of appropriate digital assets to each partner
• Develop and iterate on operational specs and on-boarding documentation based upon changing processes
• Work cross-functionally with linear, video operations, and ad operations teams and help partners adapt and implement our specs and requirements from on-boarding to launch
• Maintain and help update the rights management across digital assets across each partner service
• Conduct regular product audits across various platforms for consistency
• Conduct tracking and communication of competitive developments
• Collect and gain industry research to develop business insights and recommendations to support the business strategy and operational decision making
• Identify market trends, research reports and frequent business analyses for special projects

Key Projects:
• Support the on-boarding and launch of new (and highly visible) digital OTT partners
• Drive processes and find efficiency to help scale operations to support growing digital OTT business
• Partner closely with digital OTT partners to expand the CBS footprint and help expand distribution of premium CBS content across multiple services and platforms both domestically and internationally

QUALIFICATIONS:

What you bring to the team:

You have -
• 3-5 years of previous experience in a client/external facing partner and operations management role within a media company or digital MVPD(s) or OTT SVOD service(s), project management, and relevant post-production or interactive roles
• Strong emotional intelligence with the ability to work cross functionally with various and diverse teams both internally and externally
• A shown strong understanding of the digital linear streaming, SVOD, VOD space and experience with linear acquisition, on-boarding and distribution
• Strong proficiency in MS office applications, especially Power Point and Excel
• Experience with content tracking and content management tools
• Strong communication and organization skills - verbal, written, and presentation
• Excellent work ethic with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as a team, act proactively and drive resolution
• Ideal candidate will be self-motivated and results-oriented with an ambitious spirit who will be able to work well under pressure and quickly adapt to change in a fast-paced work environment.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask is a necessity.

• Experience with scripting and database creation is a plus
• Experience with international digital distribution is a major plus go
