DESCRIPTION:

Division Overview:

The Collaborative Systems team is responsible for the design, implementation, operation, future state of the ViacomCBS collaboration portfolio, allowing employees to work effectively together.

Role Details:

Through your work within the Enterprise Solutions organization you will provide technical knowledge, strategy and guidance for ViacomCBS. Your team will discover, address, and execute on efficiency gains found through direct engagement with leaders throughout the business.

Your Day-to-Day:
• Learn from the ViacomCBS leadership of all divisions through structured engagements, comparing their toolsets and workflows with industry peers and others within our rapidly changing world
• Develop process improvements to address duplicative work and tasks that would be better served via automation
• Work with Legal, Information Security, Identity Management, and other stakeholders to prioritize and coordinate new product and feature rollouts
• Prepare and manage project plans, documentation, risk mitigation and resource management as needed for cross-team initiatives
• Administration of SaaS productivity tools, providing vendor management, access, support management, and implementation guidance
• Brainstorming alongside our development staff for workflow automation and integrations with our toolset
• Serve as the penultimate escalation point for all technical failures of the collaborative stack
• Provide white glove support to our VIP staff

Key Projects:
• Creating and improving on existing workflows and processes across all divisions
• Guiding large scale adoption of new platforms and toolsets
• Testing and implementing proof of concepts for emerging collaborative technologies

QUALIFICATIONS:

What you bring to the team:

You have -
• Expert level use of SaaS productivity tools such as Asana, G-Suite, Office 365, Slack, and Zoom
• Proactive, efficient, resourceful, and emotionally intelligent communications
• Consulting with top level leaders on strategy and improvement decisions
• Providing root cause analysis for executive review
• Documentation and technical writing
• Training of workflows and technologies to large audiences
• Executive client support

You might also have -
• Slack Certifications (Admin and or Dev)
• Experience onboarding new technologies to enterprise audiences
• Scripting knowledge with Python
• Worked with integrating technologies via API or direct development access
• Bolt or other JavaScript framework development experience
