Senior Product Manager, Android Platforms

CBS Interactive is looking for a senior product manager to join the CBS All Access team. CBS All Access is a fast-growing streaming platform, offering services across web, mobile, and OTT devices. Role Details:

This role will report to the Director of Product and work closely with stakeholders, designers, and engineers to define platform requirements; prioritize requirements based on business goals and platform KPIs; and deliver great experiences to our users.

Your Day-to-Day:
• Serve as Product Owner (roadmap, story writing, and prioritization) for 2-3 scrum teams
• Clearly define feature requirements and business logic for the scrum team and design partners
• Set KPI-driven priorities for the scrum team and work to achieve the desired outcome
• Lead strategic discussions about their product
• Develop and gets stakeholder buy in for their vision and roadmap
• Collaborate with developers, designers, and partners to implement and manage product requirements and to grow ongoing third party relationships
• Use quantitative and qualitative data to become knowledgeable about the customer, their habits, and their needs
• Align various stakeholders (marketing, operations, data tracking, etc.) on delivery scope and in preparation for launch
• Manage cross-functional relationships and work through competing priorities with ease
• Operate both independently and as part of a broader team; juggle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a results-oriented environment
• Work to meet agreed upon time frames / target dates with the scrum team and PMO partners
• Mentor and partner with your product colleagues
• Additional other duties and responsibilities as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

What you bring to the team:

You have:
• 5+ years of experience in product management and directly managing multiple scrum teams, preferably working with Android mobile or Connected TV apps
• Experience leading a scrum team and confident in independently managing a scrum team
• Comfortable drafting detailed product requirements from user stories to Product Requirement Documents
• Excellent communicator who is able to speak to team members of all levels
• Passionate about user experience and mobile platforms
• Comfortable analyzing data and presenting to stakeholders
• Knowledgeable about tech and product best practices
• Comfortable with Jira, Omniture, Tableau
• Bachelor level degree or equivalent experience
