DESCRIPTION:

We have an ongoing hiring need for Product Designers in various locations and are continuously reviewing applicants. All applicants will be reviewed and considered for a current or near-future opening.

What you'll do:

CBS Interactive is truly cross-platform - we value design and brand consistency across devices. We are seeking talented product designers to work on various brands, designing for Paramount+ streaming (think Picard or The Twilight Zone) or partnering on our CBSN platform, on the front lines to find elegant and practical solutions while embracing challenges and user needs. You'll join a team that can skilfully gather consensus from multiple internal partners and believes our currency is to convey Brand beautifully with clear access to features, functions & contents.

QUALIFICATIONS:

What you bring:

You are curious, smart, biased towards action, and deeply focused on the ''outcomes'' of your work. As a team player, you have an appreciation for using data to inform design decisions, including A/B testing, and has the ability to rapidly concept, & ideate.

You mentor work that displays both a pixel-level attention to detail, as well as an acute understanding of broader usability paradigms. You have the ability to transform complex concepts into simple, approachable experiences that are easy to use and visually balanced across any device.

Above all else have an amazing portfolio that illustrates a deep understanding of functional UI/UX paired with a modern sense of visual design currency.
