• Role Details:

ViacomCBS is looking for an experienced Business Systems Analyst to join our ad technology support team to provide excellent internal customer support and development for a diverse range of departments. The Business Systems Analyst will work with the Senior Director, Business Operations to evaluate the daily administrative needs of the current ad tech tool set (Salesforce.com, Google Ad Manager, Operative One, FreeWheel and other ad technology systems) and make recommendations to develop new tools as needed. The individual will support multiple departments across the company, with a heavy focus on gathering department needs in the US, as they relate to business process, reporting and data quality. Client Services & Sales organization with reporting needs and end of month revenue activities. This person should be passionate about digital technology, proactive; support focused and possess a strong love for helping peers.
• Your Day-to-Day:

Provide day to day technical support and troubleshooting for CRM, Ad Serving, and Order Management applications.

Work with multiple departments, such as sales, client services, and ad operations to determine application functionality needs and influence product roadmaps for both internal development and vendor development.

Manage user access to applications, new employee onboarding and training, as well as assist with quarterly SOX account lifespan management testing.

Conduct new release functionality testing and new feature roll out across the company.

Assist with the creation of reporting, business requirements, and leading projects to help improve the user experience in our supported applications.

Serve as key member of global support team to help promote excellent data quality management

Ensure that ViacomCBS remains cutting-edge with respect to maximizing current investments in technology applications and assist with implementation of new technology and innovative products which can grow the business.
• Skills & Experience:

Proven ability to interface and work with varying levels of the organization, from users to senior management, in a highly interactive team culture.

Proven track record of providing a high level of knowledgeable and friendly customer support.

Experience in development and support of CRM and order management applications.

Basic knowledge of ad sales cycles and fulfillment.

Driven to help assist users perform their jobs more easily and effectively.

Experience working in digital media and entertainment space.

Qualifications:
• What you bring to the team:
• You have –

Bachelor's Degree in related field, or equivalent training and experience. 2-3 years experience with a sales and support organization.

Experience working in and understanding media advertising is a nice to have

Salesforce.com, Operative One, FreeWheel experience is desired.

Strong proficiency with Excel and data management

Training experience a nice to have.
