Aggregate project information and specifications: Formulate deliverables lists Create job calendars Create budget estimates Work with Scheduling and senior management to secure resources to complete the needed work (both internal and external resources) Manage the time of the artists, ensuring the project stays on calendar Collaborate with other in-house Project Managers to share resources amongst the various overlapping properties Collaborate with Art Directors to guide and facilitate the creative process Collaborate with show-side staff to set expectations, timelines and budgets as it pertains to their particular needs, shepherding projects from the build phase (pre-air) to the support phase (on-air support) Deliver the highest-quality graphics on time and on budget, ensuring a smooth workflow and punctual delivery of QC'd, air-worthy motion graphics assets Qualifications 5+ years' experience working at a Network or broadcast design agency A high level of organizational and media management skills are necessary for the successful execution of this position The successful candidate will work well with others, be able to perform various tasks simultaneously, and can handle high pressure situations as it naturally pertains to live television production.
