Digital Content Producer / Assignment Desk Editor

The Digital Content Producer will write, produce, and package news and media content for digital publication consistent with the WPRI 12 News/WPRI.

The Digital Producer leads the transition from broadcast focused newsrooms to multi-platform newsrooms through active daily example; providing training in methods, processes and tactics; as well as in creating/editing original content beyond that which is produced for on-air.

Digital Executive Producer

The Digital EP will be involved in the editorial process in the local newsroom.

Video News Journalist

The Video News Journalist for Nexstar will produce, report, shoot, write, edit, and voice news content across platforms, ensuring journalistic integrity while engaging with the community through research, interviews, social media, and special assignments.

The News Producer produces daily newscast items, decides the order in which stories will be told, writes teases and other content, times news programs, edits video, and posts video to the website.
