Executive Assistant, Global Growth & Marketing

Thoughtfully manage complex VP calendar and scheduling with leaders and teams across multiple locations and time zones Coordinate complex domestic and international travel itineraries with seamless logistics Manage expense report coordination and submission Track and help drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on outstanding items (including meeting notes and action items) from LT and team meetings Support and, at times, manage small to medium projects based on organizational needs and professional development interests Help to develop & maintain new mechanisms within the team Organize, execute, and/or assist with team activities (staff meeting agendas, all-org meetings, fireside chats, off-sites, and other team events) Space management, including strategic growth, moves, and reconfigurations About the team Amazon Music is an immersive audio entertainment service that deepens connections between fans, artists, and creators.
