Capitol CMG Publishing is looking for a Manager, Global Development. This position is responsible for growing international revenue for Capitol CMG controlled songs and expanding the Worship Together brand globally.

How you'll CREATE:
• Research key and developing territories to understand market dynamics for Christian music.
• In collaboration with Church Resources team, define song and Worship Together growth opportunities and objectives (products/resources and marketing/promotion) by territory.
• Identify key partners in each territory for development of products/resources and marketing/promotion.
• Develop and manage relationships and strategies with territorial partners.
• Coordinate with business affairs to broker applicable deals.
• Facilitate translation and territorial content strategies.
• Coordinate with CCMG's label group global manager to synergize publishing and label objectives.
• Coordinate with Pub and Label marketing teams for song and artist promotional objectives.
• Occasional international travel to optimize territorial understanding and relationships.
• Provide high level customer service to any parties in CCMG's global network to resolve questions or issues.
• Prepare and communicate customized and compelling presentations for prospective and existing writers/partners highlighting CCMG's global initiatives and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain good working relationships with key individuals, departments, and organizations that support achievement of CCMG's global objectives.
• Coordinating with CCMG administrative staff, interface with applicable Capitol CMG global administrators for optimized licensing and collections based on local partner strategies and activities.
• Coordinating with CCMG administrative staff, generate reports that monitor and inform global objectives.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

• Bachelor's degree preferred or a minimum of 2 years relevant work experience
• General experience with contracts and deal-making
• Familiarity with the Christian music market
• Experience in International markets
• Self-starter and highly organized
• Strong relational and diplomacy skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively
• Marketing experience and intuition
• Passion for international markets
• Understanding of digital platforms, streaming, and social media
• General experience with contracts and deal-making
• Knowledge of music administration, licensing, and international societies a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
