Bravado is currently looking for a Sr. Manager, Brand Management to join the Brand Management team and oversee several Bravado's artists and brands.
This individual will work closely with our artists/clients to deliver full-service support in a variety of categories including e-commerce, retail, touring, creative development, and consumer marketing. This individual will face the unique needs and challenges of the music and apparel industries, to deliver full-service brand management across a diverse list of artist clients. This includes day to day management of collection launches that inspire and capture the imagination of customers, drive revenue, and build great partnerships. Must love fashion and apparel.
How you'll CREATE:
• Support Brand Directors in day-to-day project management of ecomm, retail, and licensing launches for a series of clients
• Oversee development of creative materials for artist roster
• Work closely with artist and their management to develop merchandising strategies resulting in best revenue opportunities
• Champion sales/production reporting tools and creative intranet systems
• Build and maintain relationships with key accounts, internal and external stakeholders.
• Help with project strategy and supporting documents (drop outlines, suggested cadence, etc.)
• Handle supply projects on case by case basis
• Support the Brand Director with all other client and project needs
• Develop a global brand building and marketing plan that fits with the client/brand vision
Bringing your VIBE:
• Day to Day Brand Management operations including design solicitation, creative approvals, production specs, quantities and quality, e-commerce and retail launches, customer service needs.
• Knowledge and personal fan of contemporary and urban music
• Deep awareness and interest in latest fashion trends, particularly ''streetwear'' and urban fashion trends
• Experience in launching e-commerce product campaigns including a solid knowledge and understanding of Shopify
• Responsible for asset delivery to internal creative department from artists and management.
• Create and manage ''launch'' calendar for all products and initiatives – coordinate with talent mgmt. on all corresponding events – music launches, tours, anniversaries, etc.
• Support all other departments to ensure their needs are met for the launch timeline, be it marketing production or creative, including keeping departments aware of any and all artist/brand activity.
Experience:
• 4 - 6 years experience in brand management, brand building, and marketing.
• Great communication skills, written and oral, interpersonal and group settings
• Highly organized and detail oriented
• Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Monday.com
• Experience in apparel, music, and/or ecommerce preferred
• You have a love for learning new systems.
• You get along with all kinds of different people, collaboration is key.

The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
