How you'll LEAD:
We are currently seeking an accomplished Planner of eCommerce to support the busy and dynamic Planning department of Bravado, UMG's merchandising division.
As a Planner of eCommerce, you will manage the Direct to Consumer (D2C) planning for our Bravado online shops, working closely with Brand Management, Marketing, Creative, Finance, Production, Operations and Consumer Engagement. This role is a vital part of the eCommerce growth and will partner with Brand and Product Development on innovation and full strategy including product and trends, analytics, and individual store forecasts.
A high level of personal integrity, discretion in handling confidential information, and professionalism in dealing with executives inside and outside the company is essential. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, resourceful, creative, adaptable, and have solid experience in effectively supporting an executive team within fast past ambiguous environment.
How you'll CREATE:
• Manage inventory across eCommerce stores, reviewing on hand quantities and determining stock positions based on weeks of supply, current sell through, seasonal trends and artist life cycle
• Project sales and inventory of core products based on sales history and forecasted growth
• Identify items for promotional and marketing strategies and determine lifecycle of each item
• Communicate inventory needs with brand management, operations and production teams to plan against upcoming product lines and marketing
• Work with analytics team and prepare a data analysis that identifies excess inventory around lifecycle planning
• Initiate buy - gaining financial approval and processing with in-house production team
• Communicate incoming buys and timelines to key stakeholders for each store. Ensuring logistics teams adjust for incoming inventory
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with in-house production team, working together to research and resolve vendor issues, delays and purchases
• Partner with logistics team to make sure incoming orders are received in properly
• Troubleshoot and resolve any shrinkage issues and discrepancies
• Documentation and creation of Standard Operating Procedures
Capabilities:
• Strong managerial and organizational skills, with ability to successfully prioritize and manage multiple accountabilities simultaneously
• Ability to work within and across multiple functional teams, collaborating with planning regions, brands, supply, and commercial stakeholders
• Passion for challenging the status quo, driving change, and being a leader of innovation
• Knowledge of, and experience with forecasting, demand planning, innovation planning and S&OP/IBP
Bonus if you have:
• APICS/ASCM, PMP, and or IBF Certification(s)
