Job Description

TIMELINE: Start: April 2023 | End: April 2024

POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Boston Red Sox Client Services department, which oversees the service of all premium clubs and season suites, are seeking a creative individual who can help craft premium-level experiences at Fenway Park. Working hand in hand with club managers, this individual will focus on our marketing and Salesforce campaigns to help build lasting relationships.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Build all Client Service email campaigns within our Constant Contact platform
• Take the lead in creating our Homestand Report which details the happenings within the premium world
• Work within our Salesforce platform to develop daily reports, including our day-of game report, which enables our team to provide a targeted premium experience
• Facilitate all special event ticket offerings
• Oversee the Client Services email address and phone numbers for all incoming and outgoing communication
• Work with our club reservation platform to book member and guest dining experiences
• Handle a majority of all ticket-based duties during games including but not limited to Red Sox Foundation donations, mobile ticket issues and processing of single-game purchases
• Assist in the planning of all premium member events (Season Ticket Holder Batting Practice, Cocktail Parties, Premium Member for the Game, T-Mobile Family Day etc.)
• Service clients during games as needed, helping drive long-term relationships

CHARACTERISTICS/QUALIFICATIONS:
• Ability to commit to the April 2023-April 2024 timeline
• Ability to commit to a minimum of 35 hours a week throughout the year-long position
• Bachelor's Degree in hospitality, business or marketing-related fields preferred
• Innovative, process-oriented and well-organized
• Passion and commitment to providing a high standard of customer service
• Experience with Salesforce or a CRM-based platform preferred. Qualtrics and ProVenue or ticket-based program is a plus
• Ability to work extended hours including nights, weekends and holidays
