Job Description
Ensures assigned projects or product releases meet stated goals and objectives within the defined road map expectations and requested quality parameters. Participates in some of the most challenging, highly visible, and highly complex projects in the company and will require exceptionally advanced project management and agile experience and expertise to be successful. Responsible for scope management, schedule development and management, customer acceptance, benefits realization, team building, and recognition. Executes the System Development Lifecycle using Agile/Scrum methodology for project teams in the implementation of both technology and business-oriented projects.

LOCATION
Remote (TN) - Candidate must reside in the Middle Tennessee area.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB
Essential Functions: which may be representative, but not all inclusive of those commonly associated with this position.
• Leads and coordinates delivery of assigned projects.
• Leads Agile/Scrum standard ceremonies on all assigned assets and releases.
• Gathers, prepares and reports metrics regarding sprint execution.
• Gathers, prepares and reports asset metrics regarding resource planning including planned versus actuals.
• Supports resource planning execution to achieve less than 6% variance on plan.
• Oversees sprint planning and execution.
• Coaches/mentors on methodology as it is implemented and used during the project development life cycle.
• Enforces the rules of Scrum.
• Removes team impediments while promoting self-management.
• Measures sprint performance and escalates issues as needed.
• Constantly improves our standards of work.
• Trains and mentors other Scrum Masters.
• Supports development and execution of Product Roadmaps for Enterprise Application assets.
• Develops Project Plans and related support information.
• Develops milestones and manages critical path.
• Facilitates project communications.
• Assesses, monitors and mitigates project risks.
• Coordinates inter and intra project dependencies.
• Prepares project performance and progress reports.
• Utilizes provided enterprise project management technology tools.
• Ensures adherence to stated project processes.
• Escalates project issues and decisions as needed.
• Hosts project meetings as needed.
• Ensures use of lessons learned and best practices.
• Monitors task completion (and Team Foundation Server (TFS) compliance).
• Tracks and communicates team velocity and sprint/release progress.
• Maintains sprint management dashboard in TFS.
• Continues education in related disciplines.
• Coaches and supports project and agile team members as needed.
• Partners with all project team roles and stakeholders.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Regular attendance.

POSITION QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

Education: Four (4) year bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent years of experience. MBA preferred.
Experience: Minimum of ten (10) years of project management experience. Minimum of four (4) years of agile / scrum experience.

SALARY RANGE
The specific base salary offered to a successful applicant will be based on individual qualifications, skills, experience, and education. The pay range is subject to change at any time based on various internal and external factors. The position may also be eligible for one or more performance-based bonuses.
