JOB SUMMARY:
Broadcast Music, Inc., dba BMI. Nashville, TN. This role is responsible for building, testing, and maintaining applications used for music performance licensing on the Salesforce platform. Will work closely with the Director and Senior Director of Enterprise CRM Services as well as Salesforce architects.

FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB: Participate in all phases of the Application Lifecycle Management: requirements analysis, development, testing, and implementation. Participate in technical logic and design discussions. Participate in the review and analysis of business requirements and technical documentation. Expertise in estimating business requirements during sprint planning sessions. Work with other development, architecture, and product development teams to ensure delivery of product. Assist in the timely completion of assigned development projects. Prepare required documentation for developed software. Assist in the estimation of time for development projects.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS: Requires a bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Electrical and Computer Engineering, or related field and four years of experience with Salesforce Apex development on the Salesforce platform. Minimum of two years of development experience in the Performing Rights industry. Two or more years of experience developing solutions on Salesforce platform for selling and maintaining music performance licensing agreements and developing Salesforce Community solutions using Visualforce and custom objects. Experience in estimating business requirements for Agile sprint planning purposes and in reviewing purchased software solutions to meet business requirements. Have an understanding of object oriented and structured development methodologies, JSON, XML, SOAP and REST. Experience working with JQuery, HTML5, JavaScript and working with Salesforce architects to design and implement solutions to maintain and manage music performance license agreements. Knowledge of CPQ (Configure Price Quote) software.
