The Job

Bleacher Report (WarnerMedia) is seeking an Executive Director, Revenue Strategy in New York, NY. This leadership role will support the revenue side of the org as well as lead the NY Sales Planner team.

Responsibilities
• Work with CRO and VPs, Revenue to ensure KPI's on the revenue side of the organization and the industry are being met (inclusive of but not limited to yield management, delivery of impressions, viewability, revenue mix, etc.)
• Define a clear B/R ad product strategy (inclusive of ad units, packaging, pricing, ad tech) in tandem with the VP, Revenue and in relation to the overarching B/R revenue strategy
• Define and prioritize ad product roadmap, taking into account, historical data from performance of existing ad products as well as industry learnings and B/R's overarching goals
• Execute the strategy, tactical roadmap, and ad products via effective management of direct reports and coordinating/communicating with stakeholders
• Manage and be accountable to the organization on action items and status of the strategy
• Communicate obstacles to key stakeholders in a timely, articulated manner that includes strategies and solutions as needed to overcome obstacles
• Identify new opportunities for diversifying Bleacher Reports revenue streams
• Work closely with WM Strategic Planning to maximize monetization across platforms through strategic pricing/packaging and continued inventory analyses
• Liaise with the Account Services team to ensure consistency across Bleacher Report's dedicated team
• Coordinate and communicate with key stakeholders across Bleacher Report and WarnerMedia to ensure ownership and accountability across the organization
• Recommend solutions to meet specific campaign objectives and serve as a client-facing resource for Account Executives
• Partner with Launchpad to maximize cost efficiency for Sponsored and Branded Social to improve margins
• Liaise with internal members of the B/R social, operations, and analytics teams as it relates to social monetization to maximize inventory and optimize revenue
• Oversee the Digital Planning team in tandem with the Revenue Strategy Manager.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
• 5+ years of experience in a senior leadership role
• Excellent communication skills
• Working knowledge of digital ad product tech builds, product revenue, hiring, budgeting, etc.
• Excellent interpersonal skills & experience managing a team
• Experience working with social media
