Assist Director of Scenic Operations and Payroll/Crew Manager

Responsibilities assisting in the Art Dept. will consist of:

  • Data entry in FileMaker Pro
  • Cropping set wall photos in Photoshop
  • Updating set drawings in VectorWorks
  • Working on stage with Grips to inventory set walls as they come down (this requires traveling to different studios)
  • Work with all Art Departments assisting with set rentals (from Sony Scene Dock) & schedule Transportation

Responsibilities assisting Payroll/Crew Manager consist of:

  • Daily payroll entry
  • Cost reports
  • Scheduling of BSI crews
  • Schedule Covid testing


Must know how to read plans and have a basic knowledge in VectorWorks or similar computer aided drafting program.

Must be a good multi-tasker, have excellent verbal & written communication skills, a strong attention to detail, be a team player, not afraid to ask questions.

MAC platform, Excel, Word, & Adobe Photoshop proficient

The anticipated base salary for this position is $50K to $55K per year. This role may also qualify for annual incentive and/or comprehensive benefits. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location of the position.
