Job Description
Bally Sports' mission is to build a transformative, participatory sports platform, anchored by the most exclusive and relevant live professional games, that provides fans a year-round opportunity to engage with content and communities they are most passionate about. Reporting to the COO of the Direct-to-Consumer (''DTC'') division, we are looking for a marketing and growth executive to drive acquisition and sustainable growth of subscribers.

Bally Sports DTC – VP, Growth Responsibilities:
• Responsible for Growth function of Bally Sports+ including customer acquisition, retention, engagement, and other marketing and promotional efforts related to driving and exceeding company subscriber targets
• Lead, mentor and build the team responsible for driving subscriber growth
• Lead the planning, execution and optimization of user acquisition and performance marketing campaigns that drive conversion and efficiency
• Lead development of lifecycle marketing efforts and other tactics that best enhance customer engagement and lifetime value
• Create and implement initiatives across various marketing functions including performance marketing, product marketing and partnerships - this may include product pricing and offers
• Oversee strategy, campaign development and optimization across channels including paid search, paid social, programmatic, display, video, etc
• Establish CPA thresholds and ROAS targets by channel based on subscriber and financial targets
• Implement comprehensive test & learn strategy
• Work cross functionally and collaboratively across all teams to exceed goals

Requirements:
• Minimum of 15 years overall experience
• MBA preferred
• Demonstrated success in driving customer growth for a prominent DTC brand/ SVOD platform preferred
• Successfully built, scaled and led high performing growth marketing teams
• Experience in using data and analytics for decision making and measuring marketing effectiveness as well as creating a culture of structured experimentation and iteration to drive growth
• Passion for the digital media landscape and understands the intricacies and distinct nuances of every step in the marketing funnel.
• Experience with media mix modeling a nice-to-have
• Adept at liaising with multiple stakeholders and thrive in matrix environments
• Passion for sports
