Studio Production Coordinator

Job Description

Bally Sports Sun/Florida is seeking a Studio Production Coordinator to join the production team! This position will supervise studio shows for the Tampa Bay Rays, Tampa Bay Lightning, and Orlando Magic, and will assists with any miscellaneous studio shoots for production, marketing, or sales.

Responsibilities
- Maintaining media management of edit systems, including ingesting and copying of truck melts as well as archiving footage.
- Assists with any video requests from our production teams both in studio and in the field, or any requests from other regions or networks.
- Supervise studio shows for the Tampa Bay Rays, Tampa Bay Lightning, and Orlando Magic, and will assists with any miscellaneous studio shoots for production, marketing, or sales.
-Working knowledge of equipment in studio, including switcher, audio board, camera, editing systems.
- Acts as liaison between Bally Sports and PPI for studio crewing.
- Hires any ENG operators and supporting crew for shoots outside of live events, including but not limited to magazine shows, marketing and production asks. Also responsible for processing payroll for anyone hired in this capacity.
- Manages the distribution and organization of all ENG equipment, including pickup and delivery. Helps keep ENG equipment organized and alerts operations to any needed repairs or replacements.
- Acts as liaison to the Bally Sports music department and helps gathering and submitting music cues for all teams and shows.
- Provide live event support in production trucks and on location when needed.

Preferred Skills and Experience
- Previous studio and editing experience preferred.
