We're looking for an experienced Sr. Manager of Pricing & Promotions who will guide and execute the go-to-market strategy for all pricing, packaging, and promotional offers across the Bally Sports+ product portfolio. The ideal candidate will have excellent cross-functional skills as they'll work closely with the Marketing, Partnerships, and Product teams to build and execute plan, pricing, and promotional strategies to ensure Bally Sports+ surpasses its subscriber and revenue goals. This role will require both a strategic and creative thinker who is passionate about identifying new and transformative ways to package and sell Bally Sports+.

Responsibilities
• Develop a pricing, packaging, and promotional offers roadmap that optimizes subscribers, revenue, and long-term enterprise value
• Own and provide market intelligence that will influence future plan, pricing, and offers strategy
• Work cross-functionally with the Marketing and Partnerships teams to build offers specifically designed for all regions, teams, partners, Bally Sports+ marketing tentpoles, and customer lifecycle
• Lead the go-to-market for all Bally Sports+ promotional offers, pricing, and plan changes to ensure flawless execution across all departments and channels
• Act as the primary business stakeholder with Product & Mar-Tech teams to define requirements and provide direction to build out necessary functionality to implement and merchandise any pricing & promotional initiatives
• Work closely with Data Analytics and Finance teams to analyze business decisions and communicate and align on anticipated subscriber and P&L impacts from pricing, promotions, and packaging recommendations

Qualifications/Requirements:
• 6+ years in pricing strategy, product marketing, or growth roles at a direct-to-consumer, digital subscription, or e-commerce company
• Experience building go-to-market strategies from the ground up with a track record of showing exponential YOY growth
• Solid understanding of the SVOD and transactional digital video business to build a multi-year packaging and promotional roadmap
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to present complex data, influence others and build relationships at all levels of seniority
• MBA preferred

The base salary compensation range for this role is $160,000 to $175,000. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidates' relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. Full time positions are eligible for benefits that include participation in a retirement plan, life and disability insurance, health, dental and vision plans, flexible spending accounts, sick leave, vacation time, personal time, parental leave and employee stock purchase plan.
