Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager who has experience overseeing the successful development of multiple, product, engineering, and complex business initiatives. This individual will work across a variety of stakeholder groups
on the management and execution of multiple project workstreams.

Senior Program Manager, Bally Sports+
• Organize product management programs that drive and evolve the video experience
• Develop fully-scaled project plans and communication documents
• Partner to build project scope, goals, success metrics and key deliverables to meet strategic goals - manage entire process of projects from start to finish
• Add value in technical discussions about solution design and implementation
• Discover and articulate technical and business requirements and dependencies on external development teams as deliverables evolve
• Collaborate with development teams to tease out implementation details and identify roadblocks before they occur
• Actively facilitate project retrospectives
• Manage stakeholder communication to define and report on project status and issues
• Identify and manage areas of risk/opportunity and drive resolution of issues
• Collaborate and coordinate strategic workstreams across multiple internal and external technology organizations and leadership to ensure alignment, and effective communications
• Work cross functionally and collaboratively across all teams to exceed goals

• Bachelor's degree and/or relevant experience
• 5-7 years in technical program management
• Experience overseeing programs/projects within SVOD, OTT services highly desired
• Expertise and extensive understanding of business models and end-to-end consumer lifecycle for a digital direct to consumer product is preferred
• Communicate easily to a cross-functional team
• Deep experience developing and reporting on metrics and KPIs for business goals, process improvement projects, and program management
• Ability to effectively influence and communicate cross-functionally with all levels
• Drive the definition of project scope, develop detailed project plans and facilitate the collection of engineering, operational and business requirements
• Poise to lead through influence, while contributing to a culture of teamwork
• Exceptional verbal, written communication, and storytelling skills
• Point of view on the future of sports and platforms/distribution models that are desirable to sports fans
