Come Grow With Us! We are seeking a Manager, Customer Retention, who will be an outstanding addition to the Bally Sports marketing organization. Reporting to the Senior Director, Customer Strategy, this candidate will oversee all engagement strategies and execution across the Bally Sports+ footprint.

What you'll do:
• Implement customer engagement strategies through email, push, and in-app marketing across the Bally Sports+ footprint.
• Analyze customer lifecycle behavior and content viewership trends to ensure campaigns are rooted in insights and will ultimately drive frequency, watch time, and CLV.
• Responsible for campaign set up; building segments, journeys, logic while working directly with external vendors on execution, deployment, and performance analysis.
• Conduct A/B testing to understand customer behavior and garner deeper insights.
• Collect, analyze and review campaign data to measure effectiveness of digital strategies, and effectively communicate insights with the broader team and business.
• Work cross functionally with customer strategy peers, brand marketing, growth marketing, partner marketing, product, programming, research, creative, MarTech, and legal teams.
• Ensure all campaigns are in alignment with Bally Sports' business objectives, goals, and priorities.
What to bring:
• Approximately 4-6 years of prior experience in a CRM related role (with experience using CRM tools such as Braze, Iterable, Salesforce etc)
• A strong interest or background in sports and sports related marketing
• A proven track record in developing retention strategies and reducing churn, ideally for a streaming product
• Exhibits a goals-driven, customer-first approach to finding solutions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Brings curiosity, dedication, and an overall center of excellence for the work that you oversee
• The ability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment, as well as manage multiple and competing priorities
• The ability to document processes and project plans clearly and effectively

The base salary compensation range for this role is $120,000 to $135,000. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate's relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location
