At Bally Sports, the efficiency of organizational processes is a priority. To help maintain and grow our efficiency, we are seeking an experienced Manager, Business Operations, to oversee daily activities for the Content Business team. The ideal candidate will have a sharp business mind and proven success in managing multiple responsibilities for maximum efficiency. The Manager, Business Operations will be responsible for closing the gap in many business functions, organizing documents, invoicing, and providing support to Bally Sports Talent. A successful candidate in this role will be a collaborator, thrive in a multi-functional environment and be unafraid of taking strategic risks to propel the brand vision forward to accelerate growth.

What you'll do:
• Ownership and management of the department's vendor relationships.
• Negotiation of business terms (including fees) with vendors.
• Partner with legal to steer agreements through the legal process from beginning to end.
• Review the agreements from a business perspective and managing the contracts to signature.
• Audit and catalogue contract terms.
• Manage internal vendor invoice process.
• Own document organization for the Content Business team.
• Document Operations procedures.
• Plan and distribute agendas for department all-hands meetings.
• Record minutes during relevant department meetings.

What to bring:
• 6+ years of experience in a core business or production operations function.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
• Strong project management skills.
• Strong understanding of the Bally Sports team partners, regional sports network business, and subscription-based services.
• Highly collaborative.
• Experience reviewing and negotiating the business terms of contracts.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

The Company is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base compensation range for this role is $100,000 to $130,000 and this position is eligible for benefits that include participation in a retirement plan, life and disability insurance, health, dental and vision plans, flexible spending accounts, sick leave, vacation time, personal time, parental leave and employee stock purchase plan. Please note that the compensation information provided is a good faith estimate for Colorado and New York City based hires only and is provided pursuant to the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act and Equal Pay Transparency Rules as well as the NYC Salary Transparency Laws. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidates' relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location.
