Job Description

Bally Sports Arizona is looking for a Traffic Log Editor. The Log Editor is responsible for creating and manipulating the daily commercial logs for broadcast. In addition to logs, the position will also require entering Sales orders and posting spot times for Finance. The position will report to the Traffic Director and work with the Traffic Department as well as counterparts from other regions to meet daily deadlines. The position is located in Phoenix, AZ.

Responsibilities:
• Manipulating the daily log with minimal supervision to ensure spots are placed correctly.
• Reconciling daily log for SCS stations by importing data and then adding and deleting spots as necessary.
• Building and scheduling formats into the system so they appear on the schedule for air.
• Inputting the monthly program schedule and booking supplier time spots based on distributions of shows.
• Ensuring all commercial supplier rundowns are accurate and match the format of the show.
• Entering Sales orders for SCS stations. Backing up other positions in the department as necessary.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Regularly required use of hands and fingers to write, manipulate telephone and computer keyboard.
• Regularly required to hear, talk and use close vision.
• Regularly seated for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to use computer, telephone, printer, calculator, copier, and fax machine.

Skills/Experience:
• Wide Orbit Traffic System experience or knowledge
• Microsoft Office experience
