Job Description

Reporting to the GM/COO of the Direct-to-Consumer (''DTC'') division, we are looking for a data-driven leader to gather and deliver the data and insights the company will need to make critical business decisions.

Bally Sports DTC – Head of Business Intelligence Responsibilities:
• Be a key player in strategy development/decisions by identifying, evaluating and presenting data and analytics and creating actionable insights as part of the senior leadership team
• Build and manage the end-to-end analytics and business intelligence platform for Bally Sports DTC
• Manage a team of data analysts/scientists who provide regular and adhoc analyses to all relevant internal teams
• Own the overall Bally Sports DTC data and analytics roadmap with goals of increasing functionality of DTC data
• Take ownership in driving a culture of data informed decision making across the organization
• Lead full scale analyses to better understand growth trends and business performance
• Develop models for consumer and content segmentation, subscriber engagement, CLV and more
• Work cross-functionally and collaboratively to achieve success

Requirements:
• Minimum of 15 years overall experience
• Bachelor's degree in data analysis or similar field, MBA preferred
• Demonstrated success in business intelligence for digital business
• Successfully built, scaled and led high performing data analytics teams, preferably for a DTC service
• Adept at liaising with multiple stakeholders and thrive in matrix environments
• Passion for sports

The base salary compensation range for this role is $275,000 to $310,000. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidates' relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. Full time positions are eligible for benefits that include participation in a retirement plan, life and disability insurance, health, dental and vision plans, flexible spending accounts, sick leave, vacation time, personal time, parental leave and employee stock purchase plan.
